I scheduled an appointment on April 23 2026 to have a recall and some other repairs done to the vehicle. From that point we did not receive our vehicle back until May 5th. The Service Advisor call me April 24th to let me know that the parts were on order and would start working on the vehicle the following week when the parts came in. I have always had a good experience dealing with the service department at terrebone ford. Everyone is courteous and very knowledgeable about ford products and their service requirements.
Professional and personal service. I took my vehicle in for them to find an annoying rattle. Within hours I received a call that it was located and fixed.
I went to get an older vehicle that was bigger than the one I owned. I wound up with a Lincoln MKS. It is 12 years old but it’s luxurious.
I have purchased two Broncos from Keith Bankston, and I have to say I am fully satisfied with both purchases. Keith took care to ensure that the deal was DONE before we drove from New Orleans to pick up the first car, and he even delivered the second one to us since we didn't have a trade. I would recommend both Terrebone Ford, along with their Internet Salesperson, Keith Bankston, for any of your auto purchase needs!
I bought my F-150 STX at another dealer and I have Terrebonne Ford service it for me. I have never had an issue with any maintenance because the vehicle was bought else where. The prices for oil changes and multi-point inspection is reasonable along with the peace of mind that Ford technicians are well trained for Ford vehicles.
Great service. The service advisor always keeps me updated on the progress of the repairs and when it will be completed. I highly recommend Terrebonne Ford to all of my friends.

My 2010 Ford F-150 killed on me late one evening after hours. I tried to jump the battery which appeared dead. I was unsuccessful. It was in a safe place, so I waited until the following morning and had it towed to my local Ford Dealership, Terrebonne Ford. They were able to get the battery started but discovered that the issue was the alternator had gone out and needed to be replaced, along with the battery. worst service department i've ever delt with had my f150 for 10 weeks for an electrical problem. changed various parts that didnt solve the problem. after these 10 weeks i told them i was coming pick it up. wanted to charge me for the parts they installed but didnt work. after I left with it I noticed it no longer has the navigation system and my reciever hitch was stolen. would not recomend them to anyone
First time since I became a customer to this family of dealerships I was slightly disappointed. Bought it my Aviator for its first service since purchasing it new. When I purchased it the sales team acted as if they roll out the red carpet for you cause you bought a Lincoln product. We all know that’s all the smoke and mirrors to get you to buy. No appointment necessary when the car battery died. It was quick and easy service to have it replaced. Lance, the service manager, is always thorough and knowledgeable. We have been dealing with Terrebonne Lincoln for many years for both our Navigator and Ford truck and have always been satisfied. Hope to continue doing business with them for many years.
Workmen ship was great but the time was longer than I expected. Still I was ok with it. 10:30am appointment to 1:00pm. Change oil, special check and fix a tier with a nail in it.

Salesman was great to work with in purchasing my new vehicle. Not to happy with leather seat install. Not a tight fix on rear seats. Would have considered not having installed being that’s it not a true Ford factory leather seat covers. Headrest clips and rear seatbelt housing do not match color of leather.
